- How do I measure my nails?
There is a size chart with instructions. I ask all my customers to measure their nails before placing an order. I won't start if you havent provide me your sizes. You can also order a sample size kit for € 5,-.
If your nail sizes doesn't match the pre-sizes. Custom sizes are also available! Please leave a comment with the correct size for each hand.
NailsbyGiiGii is not responsible if a size is received wrong.
- Can I reuse the press ons?
Yes! Using nail tabs to apply the nails makes it easy to reuse them. When using nail glue, i would recommend getting an electric nail file. Gently rub/file off any adhesive residue on the back of the nails so they can be reused.
You can also use the cuticle pusher when the nail is still wet from soaking off. Gently scrape the glue residue off. To finish it off after drying, use the buffer lightly in the inside of the nail to remove the rest of the glue.
-How long can I keep my nails on?
It depends on how well you prepare your natural nails before applying them, the way you use/care for them! And your choice of glue (glue, nail tabs) With nail tabs you can wear them for about 1 to 3 days.
With nail glue 1-3 weeks. It is better to remove the nails after wearing them 2 weeks because they are and will be unbalanced, because they have grown out. If wanted, they can be reused immediately after removing them! You can even get extra nails to mix it up!
- Can I make last minute changes?
If you feel like you've chosen the size of shape, please email me right away! Don't wait to make changes. I like to change the design 100% to your liking, but no changes can be made as I would have started making the nails. Your nails are made to size, design and shape unless otherwise stated.

- How long does it take until I get my order?
The time for each order is between 7-14 days. This is not included with shipping.
- Can you make my nail order within 7 days?
If you need your nails ASAP, i do offer ''RUSH MY ORDER'', so that they are sent within 7 days.
For an extra + € 10 (pick up is possible. Shipping is not included in these 7 days!)
- How can I make an appointment if it is not possible via the website? Due to crowds, my agenda for new customers is often closed. Follow my social media accounts to keep up to date with spots for new clients. You can also always message me with a clear message of what you would like, and I will let you know when my next spot is for a new customer! - Where are you located? (Characters/3D Handprinted) Then keep in mind that you will be sitting a little longer! Hand-drawn nail art just takes longer, I'm also a perfectionist. So patience and fun is a must! :)
